3. Pass the next turning on right (to Dawlish Leisure Centre).
4. Pass Catholic Church on right.
5. Take the next right into Elm Grove Road. The college is on the right.

Approaching from Teignmouth/Dawlish town centre

1. Through Dawlish town centre, forward over the bridge over the brook and through the 'S' bends.
2. Pass garage on left (Dawlish Repair Centre).
3. After the zebra crossing take the next turning left into Elm Grove Road. The college is on the right.
